Broken ice pack. 60 day warranty.
Very convenient way to store breast milk. However, the ice pack compartment broke. I don’t use it often and it’s only been 6 months. I reached out to the willow support team to replace it. However, they said their warranty is only 60 days. I received this cooler for my baby shower so I wasn’t even using the cooler 60 days after it was purchased. So sad.

Skip the cooler purchase
I enjoyed having the cooler but I was gifted one, the cooler gel pack cracked (green photo). I purchased a second one then realized this was a common issue—reached out and asked for a refund. Whoever I talked to couldn’t understand I was gifted the broken one, and purchased a second one when I should’ve been given a refund anyway. I gave up on the refund and hoped the second one would last. It has now cracked as well within 2 weeks or less (pink photo). I would skip this purchase and spend more money on the momcozy one if I could go back. I use it overnight (12 hours) and feel like it doesn’t keep the milk that cold anyway. Not worth it.

Not a 24 hour chill
One thing I really don’t like about the Willow Go cooler is that the ice pack is only positioned at the very top. Unlike other coolers that fully surround the milk containers, this one doesn’t insulate all sides—so the milk isn’t evenly chilled. As a result, it only keeps milk at a safe temperature for about 5 hours, not the 24 hours you might expect or need. This really limits its usefulness for longer outings or workdays.

Love, but cooler cracked.
Really love this portable breastmilk cooler - I’m 7 months pp and have used it daily (along with the Willow Go pump) since returning to work at 3 months pp. However, this morning, for no apparent reason, the cooler insert cracked and no longer fits into the chamber. I plan to pump until 12 months and really hoped to get five months more use out of this product. I have recommended it to several friends and would love to get a replacement part so I can continue to sing the praises of Willow products to breastfeeding friends.

Love this. It lets me
Love this. It lets me keep the milk cold and with me, instead of in the office fridge. Also like that it fits in the car cup holder on the go.

Does not stay cold very
Does not stay cold very long. I work 8 hr days and by the time I get home the milk isn’t as cold as it should be.

cracking ice pack
seems to be a common issue- great product until the ice pack cracks and can no longer fit. it was so helpful for pumping at work or on the go but is now useless without the ability to keep the milk cold.
