Polo Ralph Lauren

The jacket I ordered was not sent, it was sent elsewhere.The size tag on the jacket was also cut off so that it would not be known whether the jacket was a medium size or not.The jacket is not a new jacket, an old, worn-out jacket was sent to me, which was very embarrassing for me.

Get Your Act Together Macy's

This is a $300 dollar Ralph Lauren jacket. Macy's shipped it wadded up in a small ball and stuffed very tightly into a plastic bag that measured 7 inches by 8 inches as if it were a piece of trash. Ralph Lauren would never ship an item in such a disrespectful and sloppy manner. I should have ordered it directly from the Ralph Lauren online store. Customer service matters.
