Severe stains

The stains are so bad. Did you not check the returned item before sending it to me? I waited so long to finally receive the goods, and now I have to return them. What a waste of time!

Stained clothing

Did a pick up order and the shirt had multiple stains all over, total waste of time going to that dirty Macys location. They gave me a white shirt and it was disgustingly stained, lipstick, red juice covered up with stain remover sprays. Someone wore it and returned it and Macys accepted it and resold it. Never again will u shop there
