Don’t buy! Rusts!
Rust! Willow claims this product is only expected to last 2 months! Won’t replace after rust rings showed up after 5 gentlenuses and hand washed

There is a rim of rust inside— only used a handful of times, never carried milk for more than 4 hours, cleaned with dawn and air dried completely each time. It did keep cold and was a great accessory in theory that was not around for my prior pregnancies. Unfortunately it was a waste of money unless Willow will replace.

Broken gel pack
I've had this product for maybe a month and just got the ice pack out of the freezer to find that it is cracked on the bottom. Can't use it because the gel is bursting out of it and now the container won't seal. Very disappointed to see it break shortly after purchase.
