Pretty, but sizing hard

I am 5'6", 135, and I found this dress didn't match my body shape. I would need a narrower waist. I tried on a 12 and it was not right for me. I found the dress stiffer than I like, you would need to be the right shape for it to look right. I'm old and probably need soft fabrics that move and softly conform. The color was bright and happy, a very cute statement dress. I wish it had worked!
