Baseball bookbag

Cute bookbag, But quality isn’t good. My son has only used it for 1 month and both zippers are already broken rendering it unusable. The sewing on the lunchbox is also coming undone. Since I ordered it a week before school started now I don’t qualify for a refund since it’s outside the 30 days. There should be an exception due to bad quality products. Macy’s should stand behind the items they sell.
