Packaged Beautifully

Many reviews stated their bags arrived unboxed. I just received mine today and it was packed securely in a box. Beautiful purse but it is way smaller inside than I anticipated.

No present under the Tree this Christmas!

Total scam! Macy’s shipping never delivered and the picture taken was a slate walkway - clearly a fake picture. Sorry Ma - no present this Christmas!

Beautiful bag, Macy’s nonexistent packaging.

The bag itself is great! My biggest complaint is the packaging for this, in my opinion expensive item. I was literally handed the bag as is, no coach wrapping, boxes or bag to be heard of! I had to make a separate trip to buy a nice looking box to give this bag for my girlfriend’s bday. The store just shrugged and stated that’s what everyone is getting nowadays. If she didn’t absolutely love this bag and color I would have backtracked and not made the purchase.

Beautiful purse but damaged

This is a beautiful purse, but it was sent to me full of blue ink and big creases, it must’ve been the display purse. I returned it and went to another city to purschase it in person. Ridiculous.
