Waste of time & Disappointing

Still have not received the item. Paid for expedited shipping to be delivered before Christmas. On 12/24 at 2:30 PM, received an email stating delivery delayed until January. No delivery yet, embarrassed not to have a present, and MACY’s is asking for a review???

i love Kate Spade totes but i was disappointed with this bag. no structure. just a piece of leather with straps. very few pockets. i am returning
