wrong shoe

I ordered the shoe with a heart on it and they sent me one with letters on it… I don't know why they do this! I urgently needed my shoe with the heart… I'm very annoyed.

Karl Lagerfeld shoes

I accidently bought two pairs of the same shoes. Returned one pair and a day later tried to the other pair on and they were too big. I am sorry because the shoes are adorable. The second pair will be returned tomorrow 5/27. Thank you.
