Terrible Customer service

Promised delivery window has passed and item hasn’t arrived. I was told it will arrive 2 days late by the customer service and not to worry about it. They responded like i was overreacting. I was told I will be sent refund or replacement if I don’t receive it within the promised window, however 3 days later Macy’s sent an email saying it will arrive a week later and as compensation, I can return for free! Are you serious?

This dress is not a dress looks like a bedspread heavy like a blanket…. Definitely returned it!!!

Awful!

I ordered this dress online and I really wanted to love it. The pattern is very pretty. When I tried it on, I thought surely this is defective. The picture shows a slight slit at the bottom. The slit actually goes up well into the thigh. The dress is also lined in this horrible bulky cotton fabric. Better suited for a Halloween costume, rather than a work dress!
