I ordered from Macy’s all the time without issue. If I could give them negative stars on sports merchandise I would. Twice I have tried to order this purse for Arizona Diamondbacks. The first time I was shipped the Colorado Rockies purse. This time it looks like I will receive the Tampa Bay rays purse. This happened to me one other time when I was trying to order a Philadelphia Philliesonesie for my new nephew and was repeatedly shipped the Pittsburgh Pirates onesie. When I tried to contact customer service, they were unable to cancel the order or help me with a return. Do not buy any of the sports merchandise from Macy’s. It is a nightmare. Every single time I get the wrong item and I’m unable to process a return.
