I ordered this dress at Oak Brook Macy's location on 06/16/26. I opened a Macy's charge card to purchase a few items that day. I was under the impression that the dress would be shipped to me. As of 6/28/26 I did not receive this dress. I was charged for the dress. Please advise.
Synthetic galore
Surprised of the Adriana Appel and xscape quality dresses, mainly synthetics and heavy the ruffle detail shows the back of the material which is shiner than the front. Look cheap. Too bad the style cut and finishes are all good it is just cheap plastic uncomfortable to wear

Elegant But Very Heavy
It’s a pretty dress but the fabric is very thick and heavy. I was looking for something for a summer wedding. This would be too hot and cumbersome.
Adrianna Papell Navy High Low Dress
This dress is gorgeous, the dark navy color is very flattering and perfect for a formal event. I typically wear a 4 or 6 in dresses, and the size 4 was a good fit, except the length was longer than pictured. I am 5'6" and the dress was hitting the floor in back even with 3" heels. This is a beautiful long gown for a formal event, but not quite what I needed for a cocktail attire wedding.
PACKAGE NEVER RECEIVED
I received a message that the driver was in my area at 11:54am and then my next message at 12:06pm (same day) was that the package was voided. When I called customer service, I was told it would be delivered the next day. Package never arrived. Called customer service again and was told it was still being packed and would be delivered in 4 days. I just went onto my Macy's online account and it shows was order was cancelled. I could accept this more this from a small unknown retailer but a large, well respected retailer such a Macy's it is beyond belief. I will never order from here again!
Perfect fit LOVE this dress!
Purchased this dress for a gala night on a transatlantic cruise we will be taking in June. The dress is beautifully made. Very lovely quality. Right out of the box it looked ready to wear, so the fabric doesn't hold wrinkles. It has a lovely drape and weight (not too heavy at all), and fits perfectly. I am between a 12 and 14, but after reading some reviews that said it runs a little large, I ordered the 12. It fits PERFECTLY! I am so happy with it. I am 5'6" and will be wearing 2.5" heels. And even so it is a bit long. Will have to have the back taken up a tiny bit. But wow, am I happy with this lovely, lined, gorgeously fitting dress.

Wore this to my son’s beach wedding. It is made well and fits perfectly. It allows you to look and feel feminine without showing too much.
