Wrong item received. Someone else's package.

The wrong item was delivered to me! Called customer service. Now I received two emails, one from Macy's one from UPS with return shipping labels to two different places. What a mess!

Sloppy design

The set of cups and plates are pretty but not of good quality. The painting on the plates are sloppy, see pictures im providing.

Too small.

Got them delivered on time. Was expecting them to be normal tea cup size but it’s way too small to be used as tea cups. Really disappointed with my purchase.
