Bottle design is terrible

When my package arrived, the pump for the shampoo was broken. I was able to use it for a period of time, but orange goo completely caked the bottle and my shower from the pump being defective. The conditioner bottle pump has since stopped working. The hole where it dispenses product is too short and gets product all over the side of the bottle. I believe its a good product but the design of the bottle/ pump is terrible.

Amazing

I have thinning hair. I am 62 and I have been struggling with thinning dull hair. After only one wash my hair felt and looked differently. People compliment on how thick and beautiful my hair is…. I'm like what? Who are you talking to???

Good for sensitive scalps

I have been using these shampoos and conditioners for two years and my scalp have never had any of the issues I had before. I feel very comfortable using them knowing they aren't made with caustic ingredients or over priced fillers. The conditioner is my favorite and has slowed my hair loss noticeably.
