Best enamel wear pan ever!

Great for making red beans and rice

I originally bought this Dutch oven for roasts, but my first use was for making red beans and rice. Great for sauteing andouille sausage and vegetables and of course excellent heat retention for heating and simmering the red beans, broth, and Cajun spices. Also the Dutch oven looks very classic and a beautiful piece of cookware.
