Poor Quality, Poor Service

This item is terrible quality. It does not hold up well. I tried reaching the seller and working with Macy's to refund me. Seller never responded or always has busy line. Macy's said no to a refund. Extremely disappointed that Macy's will not honor refund, that they allow poor quality items to be sold on their website, and that do business with vendors like this.

Junk

The plastic is too weak. Moving around room, it comes apart. one wheel broke already within a week of putting it together. Great concept, just poor manufacturing. I have to disassemble, throw out and build another from a different brand. May have to go back to old fashioned wood.

Love It, but a Major Pain to Assemble

Finally assembled, it's fantastic. But instructions hard to see and follow. Pictures too small. (for example, which side is actually up on the side bars). More tools needed than mere Allen wrench provided.
