The highly pigmented texture won t feather or bleed. The carbon black formula is infused with pearls that give off an intense and dramatic finish. As the tip begins to fade, follow through with a metal makeup sharpener to keep the tip sharpened precise.

Smudge resistant eyeliner

Eyeliner was easy to apply, glides on smoothly. Not smudge resistant. Delivery took longer than expected.
