the best noise cancelling headphone so far. easiest connectivity across various phones. great battery for peace of mind. A bit heavy, but value for money and excellent design of build and looking.

Great Listening experience
Preimium metallic good looking unique design, Cloth based earpads that are comfortable to wear for long time, does not cause sweating. Slightly heavy. Sound suits my task, it has good bass that enhances music listening experience. Maynot be fully accurate but fun to listen.

Bad product
This is the second one that I’m about to return because this product is flawed
Not aure
Not sure because I didn't receive on time to use for a international flight....I had 8 days before I left ...they said 3 - 6....so i guess after I get back after 4 months I will write another review. Mind u not, the company was only 5 hours from my house to ship.
Shipping is Terrible
This product ships directly from Dyson. It has been almost 1.5 weeks and the shipping his marked as UPS has not yet received the package. I called Macy's and they said it was on they way. The representative was not helpful.
Dyson Ontrac headphones
Generally happy with the sound Could be louder at max volume given I listen mostly to acoustic Jazz.Build quality appears very good nice ear up materials etc They are quite heavy but comfortable. N/C is very good where I use them in a noisy big gym with that typical horrible gym type music blaring out .Sound is good quite transparent .However could be a bit more dynamic ,overall a little passive.Overall a solid well constructed. product

Premium Design Meets a Critical Flaw
The Dyson OnTrac headphones stand out for their exceptional design, premium build, and unique customization options, allowing users to change ear cushions and outer caps to match different styles and occasions. Battery life is excellent, and sound quality is strong, making them very appealing overall. However, while they work well at home with my Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max, they have been unreliable at the gym, where they appear connected but produce no sound, likely due to Bluetooth or audio-routing issues. Additionally, the weight can cause ear fatigue over time. Despite these drawbacks, the concept is outstanding, and if Dyson improves connectivity, these headphones could easily outperform competitors, as they combine performance with a level of style and personalization that is unmatched. Incredible design and customization if only the connectivity matched.
