TOOK 3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE

THIS DRESS WAS ORDERED FOR A PARTY BUT APPEARED TO BE LOST….CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED A REFUND WHICH I ACCEPTED, BUT THEN IT TURNED UP …WAY TOO LATE TO BE OF USE, AND MY REFUND WAS CANCELLED. NOW IT SAYS I CANNOT TRETURN
