Great workout!

So far, great quality. Definitely provides a perfect HIIT interval option. I’m using them indoors, so I loop it around something heavy or put two heavy dumbbells at the end to keep it in place. Great deal in sale, very happy!

Worth every penny very good quality

im 226 5'10 muscular consistently work out everyday and these ropes gave me a run for my money. I primarily use these outside and the cover is perfect to protect the rope . out of everyone I found online these were cheapest and best quality
