Dry

I got this in emerald. I shook the pen for about 30 seconds before using. Absolutely nothing came out. If I push really hard using the side of the tip I can get some color but I can’t use that much pressure when using on my eyes. I bought a brown one previously which had the same problem so I would say pass on this one.

Cannot guess!

It didn’t leave any color on application although I felt its moisture. I bought it because I couldn’t find it in store. Maybe it suffered from online delivery due to hot weather. I cannot guess. Other store bought pencils are perfect.
