Flattened out after 2 weeks. Don’t waste your money on these pillows Not firm at all

Oily Odor!

After 30 days both pillows developed an oil-like odor. I've put them outsidei on sunny days and rotated both. Disinfectants haven't helped either. Returning them to Macy's isn't an option :( I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Not firm

I thought it would have been firmer than what the description suggests but it’s actually VERY soft and not supportive.

They are okay

The pillars look nice and they don't seem to flatten, but they are not as firm as I was led to believe

I liked this item but it was supposed to be Ex Firm and it wasn't. It served its purpose.
