Sold me used jeans with trash in the pocket

I am absolutely disgusted. I ordered a brand new pair of jeans but received a wrong model (Shawn Mendes edition) that was clearly USED. The worst part? I put my hand in the pocket and found an old AutoZone receipt and a return slip dated September 2025! Someone wore these, returned them, and Macy's shipped them to me as 'new' without checking. I immediately sent customer service photos of the jeans and the receipts found inside. Despite this undeniable proof, they are dragging their feet, telling me my case is 'under review' for 5 business days instead of fixing the issue immediately. Zero quality control and extremely slow service.

Fit is a real straight and semi loose fit

My hubby loves these in all four finishes, fit is a straight not too loose fit. Good transition from a past skinny fit. Finishes look expensive and the leather tag w flag is classy. A-little stretch not too much so don’t bag out. I did good for hubby.
