Quality not up to Macy’s standards

I initially loved this lightweight cardigan as a layering piece for work, but after just a month, the seam on the right arm came undone. Also, the buttons are a tight fit in the button holes.

hmmm barely OK

The material for this sweater is OK- the rest not so much. The buttons were nearly impossible to open or close. The length is much shorter than the pictures depict and the stiching was a bit off. I am a long time Macy customer and own many items from the JM Colletion- not sure if they are being manufactured differently but sadly to say the quality is not the same as some of my older items

JM V-Neck Cardigan

Very impressed with this cardi…elegant, classy & sophisticated. Nicely embellished with gold buttons which takes it up a notch. It was perfectly sized on chart according to usual measurements…medium fits me just right!
