Never received package

Item was not delivered although someone took a photo. I was home and driver was supposed to call me when they were delivering the package.cc I never got a call nor did I ever get the package. What is Macy’s going to do to replace it?? I want an answer ASAP!

"Rhinestone sweater skirt" is misleading.

I am disappointed with the design( rhinestones) of the skirt. The rhinestones are only on the lower front of the skirt which seems to have been an afterthought.
