This is basically a feather pillow.

There is only 15% down in this pillow. I was not satisfied at all. Returning it has been a nightmare. I still have not been able to.

Not as Described

The pillows felt horribly soft even though they were described and sold as firm. And when I returned them to Macys, the third party seller issued credit for only one pillow. Fortunately I was able to get my full credit because I had my Macys receipts.

It's not represented here. The pillow flattens out and is not feeling like the luxury pillow that hotels use. I will be returning these for the price. I bought 2 king softco.

Terrible

The pillow is loud, lumpy and uncomfortable. I knew it was getting returned after 10 minutes of use. DO NOT recommend if you are a side sleeper looking for extra neck support!

Do not believe the hype

This isn't down...it's feather and this company shouldn't be allowed to advertise it as down. It's hard, lumpy, prickly, and so uncomfortable! All I needed was 1 night to know this was NOT what it was advertised and hyped to be.
