Comfortable boot

Ordered these in black and they arrived quickly. I’ve been very happy with my online orders from Macy’s. Additionally having a store nearby makes it easy if I need to return something. The boots fit true to size and have nice detailing. Looks like they are built to last.

Disappointed

I ordered this boots and when I opened them, they had numerous scuffs all over them so I returned them. Really disappointing quality for Macy’s and Ralph Lauren.

Beautiful and elegant

Beautiful and very elegant boots. Perfect for both work and dinner outings. The quality and design are timeless, but they run slightly large, so I recommend sizing down by half a size.
