Not Broken very happy

I couldn't understand why this was reviewed at a 3.5. Most people reviewed the delivery and said it was broken. So I ordered online and had it delivered to the store. I picked it up and had them open the box for me to check it and it was just fine. I took it home and I'm proud to say it is beautiful and is a great piece of bakeware. Check out why items are given 1 star. 1 star because of delivery is not reviewing the dish, it's reviewing the delivery. Bakes and cleans up great.

Lid is terrible

First, the casserole arrived broken due to terrible packaging. I received a replacement. Less than a year later the knob fell off and some of the parts holding the knob landed in our cooking food. Over two months ago, I requested a replacement cover. I was told they are on back order. I requested an update after a month and did not hear back from Corelle. I just requested a refund as the casserole is useless without the lid. I won’t hold my breath as to whether they resolve this issue or even return my email.

Broken

I was so happy to get this on sale and that it arrived on 12/24 as estimated. (Ordered on 12/20) But it arrived in a box 3 times too big with no additional padding. It was bubble wrapped and as soon as I started to lift it out I could see a crack all the way down one side and could hear it rattling without even taking off the bubble wrap so it was were broken in other spots as well.. So it is being returned which was an easy process to do online. Thus the 2 stars.

Terrible delivery

Ordered 2 pieces. 1 cane shattered and the other one was 1.5qt even though i ordered 2 2.5qt. This item is also 1.5x priced on macys

Arrived broken 😞

This is a very nice dish, but it arrived broken. Really shouldn’t ship these breakable items with just a little bubble wrap.
