Can I send back for smaller size?

I find the cami pushes out back fat toward the back of my arms .. and I feel it rolls a little when I sit

Won’t buy again

Far too big and far too long for what I thought would be correct. I’m putting it in to a charity shop as sending it back will cost more than it's worth the hassle.

Website said 2xl is for 14 to 16 but the tag on the garment says 2xl is for 18 to 20. Im assuming thats why its a little bigger than expected.
