Online coat is different as the coat in the store!

Love the coat but the one I received is not the same color as the one in the store!

CHECK YOUR WORK BEFORE YOU SHIP

This is the 2nd coat I've received that still had the security tag on it. Macy's solution is for me to get in my car, spend my gas money, drive miles (they closed the store by me) to go get someone to take the tag off the item I paid for and had delivered. I've been a long time loyal Macy's customer but since they no longer care about their customers, I'm done. The coat is beautiful and very warm BUY IT FROM ANNE KLEIN DIRECTLY INSTEAD.

Great coat poorly made

Love the coat, fits wonderfully, but the pockets ripped giant holes (basically shredded) the second time I wore it. So I now have a coat without pockets because if I put anything in them it will get lost, or stuck in the lining of the coat. Totally bummer.

Beautiful Coat

Love this coat, I sized up so it would fit over sweaters & it probably would have been roomy enough at my regular size. Very nicely made & stylish.

Good looking

Of four coats I ordered (none available in store), this is the only one I'm considering keeping. It's a good weight and length on my 5'4". The collar can be worn closed or folded back, giving the classic styling some interest. It has some shape but not so much that it would be tight over a sweater. I bought the houndstooth as a go-anywhere, conservative choice but wish I'd bought the red instead.

Beautiful but too thin for cold weather

Color is lovely, feels soft, and looks good on. Unfortunately it is very thin, far more than I expected. Returning because cannot wear and be warm in NY winter or even a chilly or windy fall day.

Classy

Just got this and it stood out to me above all others in the store. The belt really makes this coat and love the twead pattern. 125 lbs, 5 ft, 8 inches, small fits well, supposed to be a little looser in the waist. It is very warm but not overly heavy. I live in Michigan and this is perfect for winter and layer underneath if needed.
