Never. Received my package

Hi, I’ve ordered the Nike women’s wide leg Jaggers January 9. It’s February 1 and I have not received them yet. I received the cross body bags and the Nike tennis shoes for women. I was just wondering how soon will it be before I get the jogging pants or will I get a full refund?
