Poor Customer Service

I contacted customer service regarding a sizing issue with this purchase, but I found the representative's ability to understand my concerns to be very poor. I repeated my concerns a couple of times, yet she still didn't seem to grasp them. Eventually, she transferred my call to the customer service survey.
