Wrong size was delivered
I ordered a medium and received a large. Now, of course, there’s none in my size. I would exchange it for the correct size if I could because it was a nice coat. Very disappointing.
Runs way small
This coat was too small! I ordered both the black & brown coat and they were horribly small! I know a large was listed as 12-14, but it actually fit like a 10-12. Even the sales lady admitted the size online are grossly misrepresented! I returned for a full refund and found another alternative for under $30!
All over great coat
This coat works with just about any outfit. Warm with a great hood. Nice pockets and easy to clean material. The length keeps you warm and protected from the elements. So happy I purchased. Slimming with cute details

Beautiful coat
I have received many compliments on this coat. It is a nice material and color, a good length and is versatile. The arms are just slightly long on me but I'll probably appreciate that when I'm caught in the rain.
Unable to take coat on trip
Bought this coat for a European vacation. Went to leave the house when I realized that the white plastic security tag was still attached. Second time this happened on my Macys order.
Didn’t arrive in time for European Trip
Didn’t come in time for Europe trip so I’m reviewing Macy’s and not the garment. So disappointing.
Caution: Strong Yellow Undertones and unflattering
I ordered this online and returned it because I did not care for the color. It has strong yellow undertones that made me look sick. It also would be quite warm for a trench coat and is basically like wearing a trench over a medium weight jacket. It makes you look 2 sizes larger than you are and more than that if you wear it over a blazer. It was not for me.

Good quality for price
I ordered the black color in a M and ran slightly large but not large enough to return. It came with a missing/broken snap which is why I’m returning. Material is nice however it’s heavier than I expected and the hood is quilted. The inner zipper top portion is nice if you need something a bit warmer. I’m 5’7 at 155 and like a looser sleeve fit. The arm fit was adequate and the length on me was below the knee.
