Disappointed

The bag is nice. However, i was alittle disappointed with the external hard base of the bag which doesn't look like genuine leather.

Good but small issues.

Zipper is a bit wonky but fine when closed. Shoulder strap is way too wide so won’t be using it.

Practical bag for different occasions

Love the size and style. Gave 4 stars because it does not have an external pocket for cell phone. I have other CK hand bags and I like to mix and match the shoulder straps among them.

Simple Small Bag

I do like the thick shoulder strap. It stays on my shoulder without slipping off, unlike some bags. I wish it were a little bigger. The opening isn't large enough. It is not that easy to get things out of it.
