Ok. Nnot great

For the price a nice frame and met my requirements (real wood and no footboard). However, it was a pain to assemble, the directions were poor, and I was surprised that the side boards were divided into two parts for easier packing, but that may impact the durability of the frame. Wood pieces not all the same color, but not so far off to merit returning.

Poor customer service and timeliness

The bed frame was purchased with a promised delivery date needed to accommodate a move. It is days passed that date and I’m now being told it could be another week or more. Not a company that I would trust again. Very little assistance or explanation given.
