Never received!

I patiently waited for this item. The tracking info said it would ship in 3-4 days. It never arrived. No notice given by Macy’s p, but now the tracking says it was delivered February 25th. Not true! I contacted the seller and received no response. Shame on them and Macy’s.

I have emailed the Seller 2 weeks ago and they never responded. This order is way overdue. I need some information. The Macys website says it is "Not Available" now. Please advise on this order. This is not acceptable.

I never received my order which was suppose to include two products from this brand. Macys stated the seller is a 3rd party and a month later still no refund.

It’s not as it seems

Product looks fancy but the brush is too thick and not easy to apply. It stays put all day but you risk ending up with eyebrows looking like a ventriloquist.
