Order incomplete

This product looks acceptable. However, the reason for the 2 stars is due to the careless way of shipping the order. I ordered 2 but received only 1 and in a box that could be easily hold 2 since the product is little. I called Macy’s and I’m still waiting for a replacement or a refund. I was explained that this product doesn’t come from Macy’s but from a third party. I will pay attention next time I place any order from Macy’s and I will not order from third parties.

Freematic Brow Powder Duo

Not sure if I'm going to like this yet. I've only tried once so far. The box says Strawberry Blonde. The one section that I used has no color listed underneath and the other section says Rich Brunette. Guess I should have selected just plain Blonde. I'm guessing the brunette portion won't get used much considering my fair skin and strawberry blonde hair... I realize the purpose is to have 2 tones to combine, but why not a shade of brown or something not so dark?
