No box and bag

Necklace is fine, however when ordering online it just arrives in a baggie. No yellow box and velvet bag to gift in like if you were to purchase in store

Very upset as I never received the jewelry as promised and it was a gift. I had to give something else. I want to cancel otherwise I have to return it. Very disappointed.
