Le Creuset is ez to clean cast iron

This is ez to clean cast iron that has been pre-treated and seasoned. It is a little smaller then implied dimensions because they include the handles, which is disappointing. But I love this cast iron for my Philadelphia Cheese Steak Sandwiches.

Game Changer

This thing is a game changer. If you want eggs bacon fried potatoes in the morning no problem.Perfect for searing steak and finishing off the vegetables for dinner. Perfect for on gas grill or on open fire grilling. Will be ordering a second one soon.
