Broken earrings

First and foremost, I booked a reservation in your dated (animated visuals) Santa Claus line and waited over an hour for my grandchildren to see Santa. Secondly, we couldn't get a reservation in the Walnut Room. Last but certainly not least, I purchased broken earrings. You are not keeping up with the Marshall Field Christmas traditions. My family will not return next year.
