inserts are big enough

Very disappointed, aftwr lettingnthe inserts expand for several days they still do notnfill the pillow covers, so look cheap, not at all what I hoped.

Covers not Pillows

Because of how the description is written I thought I was getting pillows with removable covers. Returned the pillow covers.

Gross and Stained

Ordered the 2 pack 12"x20" in gray velvet. Pillows came stained. They appeared to be used which was definitely gross. Was supposed to be a gift. Glad I had it shipped to me first. Returned for refund. Don't trust to reorder at this point. Would give a zero star rating for shipping it to me so I had to go to trouble of returning it.

Other occasion to buy:If the proper inserts are sent to me…otherwise I’ll be returning the whole order to Macy’s

Nice zippers

The covers are fine but there were no 20x20 inserts only some very large pieces of filler…can u plz send me the correct inserts ASAP???

Other occasion to buy:Website says the product includes both pillow covers and pillow inserts. The Macy's customer service manager says that description is not accurate. No pillow inserts are included with this product, only pillow covers.

Beware! Description is false.

The Macy's online description for these pillows states this: • Complete Set – Includes two plush throw pillow inserts and two soft velvet pillow covers with hidden zippers for a seamless, elegant look. The order I received DID NOT include the pillow inserts - only the pillow covers. I contacted Macy's and was told that the missing pillow inserts were a mistake and a replacement shipment would be sent to include both the pillow inserts and the pillow covers. The replacement shipment arrived a few days later and also was missing the pillow inserts and contained only pillow covers. I contacted Macy's again and was told that the description on the website was wrong - that only pillow covers were included, not pillow inserts. I gave up and returned the pillow covers to Macy's. I'm still waiting on a refund.
