Wrong color

I ordered blue….. they sent red. I wish I could use them but Ivan not. Macy’s has been slipping on the online ordering. Beware

WRONG COLOR

I ORDERED RED AND GOT NAVY. I CHECKED TO SEE IF I MADE A MISTAKE AND NO I ORDERED RED. NOW THERE IS NO RED TO ORDER. PLUS I ORDERED WITH A GIFTCARD. NOT HAPPY!!

Consistent problem...

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, as I, too, have received the wrong color THREE times!! After speaking to Macy's customer service after the 2nd order, the suggested ordering again. It arrived today and again it's THE WRONG COLOR. I ordered blue and received red all three times.

I would be happy but I received Blue instead of Red pads! I think the other person reviewing got mine!

Someone is color blind

My star rating is more on the delivery process than the product itself because I don’t want red pad I ordered hot pads in dark blue. I received the order and they were red. So I initiated a return I placed a new order of dark blue hot pads they just came in. And they are also red

OOPS! You sent the wrong color.

I ordered this in red, but blue ones arrived. Guess I will keep them, as returning means a trip to the store. Otherwise, they are okay. This was unusual, as the merchandise usually arrives as I ordered.
