Macys wants to us to quit them.

Macy's has lost customer service in order to pay chatbots which haven't the faintest clue and are a waste of valuable time. The tote bag was ordered on 1/25. On 1/31--a message--order delayed until 2/2. On 2/3: You order will arrive on 2/2. On 2/6, a message--your order will arrive on 2/5. This is happening more frequently with Macy's. They want to fail. They will fail.

XL Tote

This is not considered a work bag. It is a tote to be used on a weekend vacation. It is a very large bag. I really liked the shape, the pockets and everything else but I wish it was two sizes smaller. I did return the bag.

I got it in black. Fits my laptop and many other items easily. It's big, but still fashionable.

Very spacious

I really liked this bag, however I did not realized how big it was. I had to return it because it was not the size I was looking for because it definitely looks really big and very much noticeable. Other than that, I think the bag looks very elegant and spacious to put a lot of things inside. I recommend it, if you need a bag that fits a lot and big stuff like towels, shoes, etc…
