Pretty, Light, & Flowy

This "ONeill Womens Luciana Printed Smocked-Waist Tiered Skirt" is nice except that I should know better than to purchase skirts with elastic, gathered waistbands in the front that accentuate my tummy. Although, the light material and split makes it flowy, it is also of a lower quality than I expected and seems as though it can be easily wrinkled. At 5'2", 100 lbs, the length of the XS hit a few inches above my ankle (like on the model) making it more of a maxi skirt.
