Awful Quality

I purchased these on sale at a significantly lower price and was upset by the quality, so I can't imagine how one might feel having paid full price for these... I knew they were plastic, so I wasn't expecting super high quality, but I liked the colors and they were on sale so I went for it. At first I thought they were used and just dirty or something and I tried to wipe them off, but they must have been damaged or something because they're scratched up and beyond help. I don't know what could have cause the damage. Maybe heat or maybe they are just used. I'm not sure but I doubt it's a result of shipping and transport. I can't imagine that they started out like this. Maybe the packs in store are different. Either way, I'm extremely disappointed. The sparkly ones were okay though and I paid very little for the bunch which is why I decided not to return them.

Nice but some are damaged

For the price I wouldn’t expect any damage. Some ornaments were dented, some scratched, some bare patches. I liked the colors but I wouldn’t buy again due to low quality for the price.

In store experience-EXCELLENT!

We have not been in a Macy's store for a while for the following reasons. 1. Store always was cluttered & cramped (other Macys). Very messy and not easy to sort through items. 2. ALWAYS a long wait to check out and cashier's stations we few and far between and with long lines. This experience was totally different. Products were visible, aisles were wide and clear and salesperson was able to direct us to the area were wanted to shop at and after we selected our items walked over to checkout. Also, while walking through store noticed great selection of clothes designers. Great Job! we will be going back for future purchases.
