Disappointed

I gave two stars because I ordered a black color, size SMALL but when I received, it was black but size XS. So, I returned and I asked for an exchange, 2 days already since I did it and I'm still waiting for that. I know they will never exchange because I don't see anymore that black coat in size S. Due that, I ordered same coat but different color in CHARCOAL because I saw there was still in size SMALL. I'm waiting for my new order and I hope they send me the right size SMALL. However, I have to say that this Michael Kors Shine Packable Puffer is beautiful, light, and styled coat. I ordered for my wife.

I tried this in a few colors and finally agreed I looked best in “ Dk Carmel”. It’s rich looking and a beautiful color and very nice fitting . I could’ve worn petite XL bc I’m 5’’4 but the regular fits me nicely too in a L. Tad snug in the upper arms but I’m still

Best coat ever!!!

This is a wonderful very warm winter coat. It exceeded my expectations. Loved it so much I ordered in 2 colors. The brown and charcoal colors are gorgeous. The solid black is too, but I ordered that color in another Michael Kors style. Love it so much so soft comfortable and very warm for cold days of 35-40 degrees. If you added a wool sweater you are all set for temps below that. So happy with my purchase's. Oh and very packable too.
