Belt Missing

I ordered online and when I received the belt was missing. there are belt loops and the photos show a belt but this coat must have been purchased previously then returned without the belt. Will be returning - so disappointed!

Perfect fit!

I love the brown color and the detachable hood. I'm usually a size small but I ordered a medium and I'm glad I did for the extra roominess. It's also a little longer than usual which gives extra warmth to my legs. Perfect coat!

Great Puffer Jacket

This is a really nice jacket. Not only is it warm, but very comfortable! I sized up so I would have room to wear layers of clothing under it. I also like the big hood and the belt'This is my third Michael Kors jacket so needless to say it did not disappoint. I love my Michael Kors jackets!!!

Michael Kors on sale?

Love this coat. I am glad I happened to check out the Macy’s when I did. Winter is almost gone, but I got a chance to wear the coat a couple of times. Kept me warm and very stylish.

Terrible Quality and Customer Support

Purchased this as a Christmas gift and it was delivered on 12/17/25. Didn't give the gift until 1/3/26. It has been worn maybe 10 times at the most and a seam on the sleeve has come undone leaving the inside stuffing exposed and falling out. Contacted Macy's customer support and they said they couldn't do anything for me because it was past 60 days. It is obviously a defect and not a tear as the stitch string that came out is still attached. The two Macy's representatives that "helped" me with my issue were absolutely worthless. I would not buy this product, but more importantly wouldn't buy anything from Macy's if this is the way they help their customers.
