One issue with the zipper

The zipper keeps getting stuck whenever I try to zip it up, which is pretty frustrating. Other than that, it’s a beautiful warm coat. The fur around the collar is soft, and the fit is really nice. If the zipper worked better, I’d definitely rate it higher. It could just be defective, but there were no more in my size. I’m thinking about returning the coat because the zipper keeps getting stuck and doesn’t function properly.

Pricing issues

Christmas present & she loves the jacket. I am just disappointed in the price going on sale one day, when i ordered & a few days later the sale price is even lower. Macys is very in consistent with their sales and pricing.
