Surprisingly disappointed

I owned a Michael Kors jacket about 10 years ago or so, and it was the most wonderful jacket that lasted me probably 5 to 8 years. So I thought I would try this one out without seeing it in person after contemplating and reading reviews for months, This is the one I decided on. I cannot say how disappointed I am. We all know that the quality of things definitely dissipates over the years but this really made me sad. The zipper constantly gets stuck no matter what I do and I almost ripped the jacket one of the first time I wore it because of this, I could not get it unstuck. This would be my biggest disappointment. It’s a lot more lightweight and the zipper, buttons and packets are so cheap feeling and looking. The overall fit is a little bigger than normal, which I’m OK with. If you’re looking for quality, please look elsewhere. This is not it.

Mega Parka

BIG COZY PARKA! We have an Alaskan cruise and land trip planned for first sailing in May and I was really scared I’d be cold. Not in this parka! i’m sure I’ll be able to stand on deck and be comfy and warm waving at the seals and whales.

Stuck zippers

This cost was absolutely stunning. I loved it but the zipper was stuck so I ordered a different style. I saw online that zippers with this model being bad is a known issue but that Macy’s forces you to deal directly with the manufacturer. I returned mine.

It's an absolute beautiful coat but runs big

This coat is everything you'd want for a brutally cold snowy winter. Not only is the coat thick and warm enough to uphold cold harsh winters but it's absolutely beautiful my only complaint is that it's huge. It runs really big. I don't know what I'm going to do with this beautiful big coat. It's too big on me
