Guess Women’s Hooded Faux-Fur-Lined Puffer Coat

Because the coat I ordered was not like one that is seen in the picture here. I returned the first coat hoping it would be the right one I wanted. But no you guys sent me out the same coat that I had returned the first time. If they the coat in the picture here is not why are you still showing it on your website!!!! I am very disappointed with Macy right now. I want this coat has a Christmas gift to me.

Warm and Cozy

This coat is very warm and cozy. It is long coming below my knees. I’m 5’. The arm length is also great. The fur inside is so cozy. Love it!

Cute but...

The zipper is an absolute nightmare. The coat is so nice and warm, fits great, not too puffy but it will not zipper. It keeps getting caught. It's so aggravating and disappointing since it's basically unusable so I have to return it.
