Beautiful jacket but disappointed after first wash

I bought this jacket for upcoming winter time because I wanted something both stylish and warm. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and does a great job of keeping me warm which I really liked. However, after the very first wash (gentle cycle, cold water, low tumble), I noticed the buttons were badly scratched, and parts of the silver loops started turning brown as the color wore off. If I had known this would happen, I probably would’ve passed on purchasing. The overall quality and look are nice, and I’ll still wear it, but I’m disappointed with how the details held up.
